School

	What is school? A place to learn? What is there that needs twelve years of school to 
teach? School starts out as a babysitting center and ends up being a place to play sports. How 
much learning actually takes place?
	Kids can talk when they are one but they have to go to school and take english until they 
graduate from high school. They could learn more by just sitting on the sidewalk. Five year olds 
can add but it takes seven more years to learn the math that might actually be useful. Students 
learn science that half the world already knows when they could be researching a cure for AIDS 
or finding the number of atoms in the universe.
	School is probably just a place to waste money. Not many people actually want to learn. 
Since everybody will die eventually, what is the point of learning. They could pass the learning 
on, but whoever receives it will have the same dilemma about what to do with this knowledge. 
With all this knowledge, we are much closer to destruction than without this knowledge. Even 
though this knowledge has helped prolong the life of humans, this has just increased our 
population. Everybody will die eventually, and they will just live longer to pass on knowledge 
that no one needs.
